Our Refund Policy

ValaIdea is a validation platform that delivers real market data in 7 days. Our refund policy is structured around the sprint lifecycle to be fair for everyone.

Before Your Sprint Starts

Full refund, no questions asked. If your sprint hasn't kicked off yet, you can request a complete refund for any reason. We'll process it immediately.

During Your Sprint (Days 1–7)

If a technical issue arises while your sprint is in progress, contact support. We'll review your case and issue a partial refund or sprint credit as appropriate.

After Sprint Completion

Once your sprint is complete and you've received your validation results, refunds are not available. The sprint deliverable — real market signals and a data-backed verdict — has been fully provided.

Technical Issues

Full refund or replacement, anytime. If a technical issue on our end prevents your sprint from running properly, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement sprint credit — regardless of where you are in the sprint lifecycle.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@valaidea.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal, our payment processor.

Sprint Credits

ValaIdea sprints are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel. If you have unused sprint credits, they remain available in your account indefinitely.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by PayPal. PayPal handles payment processing and refund disbursements.

Refund processing time depends on your payment method and financial institution, but typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
